France’s President Emmanuel Macron promotes a strong Europe and warns of Russia. For French citizens, the warning should now become concrete – in the form of a booklet.
The French government seems to prepare itself and its citizens for an emergency and apparently prepares a 20-page booklet for every household in which survival tips are written in the event of “armed conflicts” or other crisis. That’s how it reports.
It should be sent to French households by summer and orientate itself to a Swedish book.
There is the 32-page booklet “Om crisis Eller Kriget Kommer” (in German: “When crisis or war come”) since World War II and was first published in 1943-initially only until 1991. 2018. .
According to “Europe1”, which quotes a government source, the French specimen should help, for example, in the event of war. The radio station explicitly names a potential danger from Russia. That fits the French government’s point of view.
President Emmanuel Macron repeatedly warns of Russia. However, the government does not want to spread panic and, according to “Europa1”, emphasizes that the booklet should also offer help in the event of natural disasters.
France’s government wants to give citizens for the warfall
“Since the French doctrine is the deterrent, it would be counterproductive to concentrate exclusively on armed conflicts and put this in the head for the French solely,” a member of the government told the broadcaster.
The manual should consist of three parts and, with the help of pictograms, playfully convey what to do in an emergency. So it apparently recommends that everyone to have a “survival kit” in the house that consists of “at least six liters of water in bottles, about ten cans and batteries as well as a flashlight”.
In addition, paracetamol, bandage material and a saline solution in the bathroom should be available. “It is about saying the Frenchman: ‘Be ready to survive for a few days,” quotes “Europe1” a source of government.
