The AfD has not yet digested Maximilian Krah’s latest scandals, there is new trouble. A former member of the member of the Bundestag made serious allegations.
Videos are his specialty. No wonder that Erik Ahrens knows exactly how to get as much attention as possible on social media for your messages. Whether with waving cigar or white cat on the lap – the right -wing extremist influencer is just starting a mud fight in the haze of the AfD and underpining its severe allegations with bizarre videos.
The aim of his attacks: AfD member of the Bundestag Maximilian Krah.
Ahrens was once the closest environment of Krah. In the European election campaign, he was an important consultant for the top candidate of the AfD and the creative head of his social media offensive. “Real men are right” and other videos went viral and made Krah a political Tikok icon from right wing overnight.
In the clip from June 2023, Krah, who has eight children with several women, gives young men dating tips: “Every third young man has never had a friend. You are one of them?” He asks in the camera. Then he pushes after: “Don’t look porn, don’t choose the green, go out in the fresh air, stand with you, be confident, look straight ahead.”
The video hit like a bomb. And Krah and Ahrens continued. Through success, Ahrens acquired the call of the TikTok genius within the “apron”, as the scene from right activists, YouTubers and identities around the AfD itself calls itself. For Krah, the internet success was his biggest ace in the sleeve for a long time.
Alienated by Maximilian Krah
The two men have long helped each other. But it seems over that now. For months, Ahrens has been alienating from the so -called “apron”, the AfD support group. He willingly gives “Spiegel TV” interviews, shoots on X against his old allies and Europe’s rights, such as the Völkische publisher Götz Kubitschek and the Austrian right -wing extremist Martin Sellner.
To do this, he posts videos entitled “Truth about World War II” and “The World Council”. Jürgen Elsässer, head of the right medium “Compact”, which had briefly banned the Ministry of the Interior, he describes as “traitor” and says that the police should have “should have touched and take it harder”.
He takes a particularly wide manner against Krah. In addition to known allegations, such as that this financial injections from Russia, new, legally sensitive accusations are also included. Ahrens provides evidence for a few of his allegations.
One of the allegations is that Krah is said to have instructed him to act against party friend René Aust. Aust became the new number one of the AfD delegation in Europe after Krah’s boat was bought. Krah was not included in the delegation after the election and was therefore isolated in Brussels in terms of power in Brussels last summer.
Krah: “A cry for love”
The screenshots that posted Ahrens should show how he called on the counterattack. According to this, Krah Ahrens is said to have informed that Aust does not want to include him in the delegation. Then comes the command: “You can shoot sharply from 11 a.m.” It is conceivable that Ahrens wanted to mobilize the apron and, with a targeted mood of mood, to raise social media against Aust. This also worked partially: Aust got a massive criticism, but that didn’t have a lasting effect.
In other videos and posts on X and Instagram, Ahrens Krah accuses him that he had rushed Hungarian thugs. Compared to the star says Krah that he had “sent no rackets”. “This is probably a cry for love. He wants attention. Even bitter.”
Krah puts it star Screenshots that Ahrens should have sent him. At four o’clock at night he writes: “Why did you want to send me a racket?” Ahrens lack of understanding after everything “what we experienced together”. The news ends with a promise – and a threat. “But you can’t get me away,” writes Ahrens and then puts it on: “I bring your end.”
There are also other claims that Ahrens makes on its social media platforms: Krah is “bribed” and “addicted to cocaine”. He does not present any evidence of this, including that star there is no evidence or other information. Krah denies all allegations. It is all fictitious, he says. He didn’t want to put up with that. As soon as he has a delivery address, he wanted to display Ahrens. The tour is currently homeless through Europe.
AfD leaders observed dispute
For the AfD, the publicly held dispute is extremely unpleasant. Again Krah is trouble. In the party leadership, they have been dealing with the shards that the 48-year-old left behind for a year. As the top candidate of the European elections, there were rumors about bribes from abroad, an employee was exposed as a Chinese spy, and then Krah still downplayed the crimes of the SS in World War II.
Nevertheless, the newly elected parliamentary group decided to take Krah’s admission in his own ranks. Also because there was no decisive opponent who advanced an exclusion. Even Alice Weidel kept up, although she is considered a decisive opponent of Krah.
Many in the party warned about the current scenario. At the constituent session, you could hear from the hand that it was only a matter of time for some before it could pop again.
The party could now fall on the feet that such warnings were ignored. At the top, the situation is “tense”, the party says. Others say easily: That is something “that Ahrens and Krah should clarify with each other”.
Nevertheless, in the AfD you face the question of how to deal with krah and the allegations against yourself. Regardless of whether the allegations are right or not: they are a problem for the AfD politician. There is still no one in the parliamentary group that publicly stands against Krah. But the unrest around him could make sure that this will change soon.
