Trump already presented five million dollars for an unlimited right of residence in the USA – Trump already presented these plans in February. Now it will be more specific.
US President Donald Trump has presented a “Gold Card” that is intended to enable immigrants to have an unlimited right of residence in the United States. “It could be yours for five million dollars,” he said on Thursday (local time) on board the presidential machine Air Force One. Several videos published in US media showed how Trump reporters stretched out the golden card – on which he is also shown.
It was the first of these cards, said the Republican. He also described her as “Trump Card”. The cards would probably come out in less than two weeks.
Trump had already presented his plans for this in February and explained that the acquisition of the residence permit could cost five million dollars (currently around 4.5 million euros). According to the previous information, the program should replace the previous investor visa EB5 and also open a way to citizenship. Accordingly, it aims at wealthy people and those with special talents whose financially strong patrons – be it companies or individuals – pay the visa.
