The case has made headlines. Instead of applause, there was criticism for influencers. He speaks of an oversight, the indictment of ruthlessness. To what conclusion does the court come?
The trial of an influencer due to a rocket shot on a Berlin apartment on New Year’s Eve is about to end. On Wednesday (9.30 a.m.) the pleadings are planned before the Berlin Regional Court. A judgment should also be spoken on the same day.
The public prosecutor throws the influencer serious arson, tried dangerous bodily harm and property damage. He is said to have specifically shot the fireworks rocket “on self-interest and complete ruthlessness” into the apartment in Berlin-Neukölln and published a video of it on his Instagram account.
The influencer had expressed his regret in court and declared his defenders that it was an oversight. His client assumed that the fireworks go to heaven.
The accused was arrested at the capital airport BER on January 4 when he wanted to leave Germany. Since then, the 23-year-old has been in custody due to the risk of escape.
