Videos show brutal approach from the US authority
Terrifying images document ruthless arrests from migrants in the United States. The approach of the immigration authority puts large parts of the population in pure fear.
In the opinion of a federal judge, the US government probably disregarded the judiciary with controversial deportation fees. Federal judge James Boasberg said on Wednesday that the US government had “deliberately or carelessly disregarded an order from him” when it executed the deportation frames.
The government of US President Donald Trump recently deported more than 200 Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador and partially used a law adopted in 1798 against “foreign enemies”. The US government accused Venezuelans of being members of the drug gang tren de Aragua. Relatives and the Venezuelan government, on the other hand, spoke of innocent migrants.
Controversial deportation: US judge sees suspicion of disregarding the court
Federal judge Boasberg prohibited deportation fees based on the so -called “Alien Enemies Act” from 1798 on March 15. The White House subsequently argued that the planes were already in the air at the time of the judicial order. The migrants were taken to a notorious major prison in El Salvador.
On April 8, the Supreme Court raised the ban with a short majority. However, the constitutional judges decided that, contrary to the information from the Trump government, the deported migrants must be made possible to contest their expulsion in court.
Boasberg now wrote that there was “a sufficient suspicion that the government had blended to a criminal disregard of the court. The government has a week to avoid “disregarding the court” procedure by fulfilling its decision of March 15. Otherwise there were further legal steps. The White House announced that an appeal would be made immediately.
