Again, Russia covers Ukraine with drone attacks. There are victims in the cities of Charkiw and Dnipro. President Wolodymyr Selenskyj reacts.
The Russian military has attacked goals in Ukraine with more than 100 combat drones. “Russian drones fly over Ukraine all morning. And so it is every day,” wrote President Wolodymyr Selenskyj near Telegram. There have been 375 fight drones for the beginning of the week. A person had been killed in attacks on the big cities of Kharkiw and Dnipro and the Dobropillja miner settlement, and around 50 people were injured.
Selenskyj therefore called for the pressure on Russia to increase with “strong additional sanctions”. Moscow had to be forced to end at the end of the war. At the same time, Ukraine should be strengthened with the delivery of further aircraft systems.
Ukraine has defended itself against a Russian invasion with western support for more than three years.
