Wulff: AfD is “the emergency for our country”
In drastic words, the former Federal President is committed to a hard line compared to the AfD. To describe migration as the mother of all problems is “stupid stuff”.
Former Federal President Christian Wulff calls for fighting the AfD. “For me, the strengthening of the AfD in Germany is not an exercise, not a minor to be observed, but the emergency for our country,” said Wulff at the Evangelical Church Day in Hanover.
The CDU politician claimed clarity in dealing with the party classified by the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution as right-wing extremist. For him, this means that the AfD and certain currents in America “are” fighting, and that belongs to water on the country, are fighting to be bought, “said argumentatively,” said Wulff. “And none of extremists can be brought to any offices with our help at any point because they only use the offices to undermine democracy.”
Wulff continued to complain that “politicians say in speeches that migration is the mother of all problems. That is stupid stuff”. He also campaigned for “social networks not still completely unregulated without any responsibility in order to shift the power of the people to tech billionaires and supposed Redeemer”.
