Oman announces fire break between the USA and Huthi

According to Oman, the Oman conveyed a break between the USA and the Huthi in Yemen. Both sides would have agreed not to make mutual attacks in the future, a spokesman for the Foreign Ministry said. This also includes attacks against American ships in the Red Sea. This should ensure the freedom of shipping and a unhindered course of international trade.
The agreement is the result of the latest discussions and contacts between the USA and the Huthi authorities, which were led with the aim of the de-escalation, it was said.
