US President Donald Trump has promised immediate negotiations on ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine in the Vatican. Direct conversations between Russia and Ukraine had last been in Turkey on Friday – for the first time in three years. Ukrainian and Russian negotiators came together in Istanbul.
