Israel reports the arrival of other trucks in the war zone. It was initially unclear to what extent the deliveries can actually be handed over to the necessary population.
According to Israeli information, another 100 trucks with relief goods have arrived in the Gaza strip. This was announced by the responsible Israeli authority of Cogat on platform X. The relief supplies such as flour, baby food and medical equipment were brought to the war zone via the Kerem Schalom border crossing. 93 trucks had already arrived in Gaza on Tuesday. So far, however, no truck has been able to deliver relief supplies to the needy people.
The Israeli government had no longer allowed aid deliveries since the beginning of March. On Sunday, she also raised the blockade of prints from allies. The government accuses Islamist Hamas to intercept and resell the relief goods intended for the needy civilians to finance their fighters and weapons. The UN warn of a famine. According to previous UN information, around 500 truck loads would be necessary every day to guarantee the supply of the approximately two million Palestinians in Gaza.
