The federal prosecutor accuses the accused triple murder and ten times attempted murder. IS ideological surgeons of IS would then have guided him – also when choosing the murder weapon. The accused entered the courtroom with a blue T-shirt and mostly held his head on the dock.
The process takes place in the high -security wing of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court. Both injuries and relatives of fatalities of the attack appear in the process as a co -plaintiff. In total there are twelve co -plaintiffs.
