Russia and Ukraine have started with another prisoner exchange. The first group of Russian soldiers under the age of 25 was released from Ukrainian captivity, the Ministry of Defense said in Moscow. A similar number of prisoners were handed over to Ukraine. The Ministry did not name an exact number. Kiev confirmed the exchange, which had been agreed in direct negotiations in both warring parties at the beginning of the month.

According to Moscow, the Russian soldiers are currently in Belarus and receive medical help there.

Young and seriously injured soldiers return
