Later he reaffirmed his striving for a negotiating solution. “We are still committed to a diplomatic solution,” Trump wrote on Thursday in his online service Truth Social. “My entire government is instructed to negotiate Iran.” Tehran, however, had to “completely give up hope of gaining a nuclear weapon”.
