IAEA boss Rafael Grossi had emphasized on Thursday that in his view, nuclear facilities should not be attacked under any circumstances and that such attacks could trigger serious radiation consequences.
In a regular meeting on Thursday, the Governor Council found that Iran violated its legal obligation to disclose its entire nuclear program over IAEA. The background to this step was indications of secret nuclear activities in the past, as well as the current production of almost nuclear weapons-compatible uranium in the Islamic Republic.
