Beats against Iran’s power apparatus – rockets on Israel

The mutual attacks between Israel and Iran continue. The number of victims increases. Iran’s state apparatus is difficult. But Israel has not yet reached its main goal.

While Israel once more strikes the Islamic Republic in the war with Iran, Israel’s archenemy fires further rockets to the Jewish state. Although the defense systems were activated in Israel, according to the emergency services, there was several impacts in the center of the country. As the “Times of Israel” reported, citing the emergency services, three people were killed and dozens of others were injured.

Iranian attacks had already killed more than a dozen people in Israel and hundreds were injured. According to official information, at least 224 people have been killed in Iran since the beginning of the major Israeli offensive on Friday night. Almost 1300 people were injured, a representative of the Iranian Ministry of Health said to X.

The head of the revolutionary guards killed

The population in Israel can now leave the shelters, the military said on Telegram. According to the army, search and rescue workers were used in several places across the country. Previously, the Israeli Air Force had again attacked launch ramps for floor-floor missiles in the interior of Iran-apparently with the aim of making an renewed attack by the arch enemy.

The Iranian news agency Tasnim confirmed the death of the head of the secret service of the powerful revolutionary guards – Iran’s elite fighter – and its deputy. Mohammed Kasem and Hassan Mohaghegh were killed in the attacks on the capital Tehran. Before that, leading military and nuclear scientists had already been specifically killed by Israel.

According to media reports, the oil ministry, the police department and other state institutions were also attacked in Tehran. Previously, attacks on the Ministry of Defense, a state nuclear research organization and an oil camp in the metropolis of millions had already been reported. Israeli attacks on residential areas were also reported from Iran.

Does Israel want the Iranian leadership?

When asked whether the Iranian leadership should ultimately be overthrown, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu replied in an interview with the US broadcaster Fox News: “It could certainly be the result. The Iranian regime is very weak.” A majority of Iranians would like to get rid of Islamist government, he said.

Netanyahu did not want to comment on a report by the Reuters news agency, according to which US President Donald Trump is said to have filed an objection to Israeli plans for the killing of the Iranian head of state Ajatollah Ali Chameni. There are “many false reports about discussions that have never taken place,” he said.

Meanwhile, the news agency Tasnim, which is considered the mouthpiece of the Iranian revolutionary garden, spread pictures of houses in ruins. On the streets that led out of Tehran, traffic jams formed. Many people leave the city out of fear of the Israeli attacks.

According to the attacks, Israel wants to prevent Iran from building an atomic bomb. The leadership in Tehran, on the other hand, emphasizes that the nuclear program serves civil purposes.

According to Israeli information, the uranium enrichment system Natan was met in the attacks. An Israeli official told the “Wall Street Journal” that there are signs that the underground part of the nuclear situation could have “imploded”. However, he pointed out that further investigations were necessary.

Expert: Iran’s nuclear program not decisively damaged

Israel has also attacked important parts of the supply chain for the production of an atomic bomb, the newspaper reported citing civil servants in Israel and the UN Atomenergy authority. Four buildings were destroyed in the nuclear layout in the city of Isfahan, two of which are indispensable for the production of a nuclear weapon. According to the Israeli Iran expert Sima Shine, who once worked for Mossad’s secret service, the Iranian nuclear program has so far not been added to the Iranian nuclear program.

The biggest challenge for Israel remains the destruction of the Iranian nuclear facility in Fordo, where uranium was enriched, the “Wall Street Journal” wrote. Many experts believed that the Fordo nuclear system could only be destroyed with a so-called bunker breaker bomb. Unlike the allied USA, Israel, according to media reports, does not have these heavy bombs or the large military aircraft necessary to drop.

The further course of the war will decide whether Israel will achieve the aim of destroying the Iranian nuclear program or throwing back for years, the US newspaper wrote. Iran could fail to accelerate his efforts to build an atomic bomb – repeatedly contested by Tehran.

Iran’s rocket program also goal

As a further reason for the attacks in Iran, Israel’s head of government Netanyahu named the rocket program of the Islamic Republic. According to its own information, the Israeli Air Force began a series of attacks on dozens of destinations in the west of Iran, where floor-floor rockets are said to be stationed.

According to Israeli media reports, Iran still has around 2,000 such rockets. In the meantime, according to a spokesman, Israel’s military has gained the air superiority from the west of Iran to Tehran. That could make it more and more difficult for Iran to attack Israel.

Meanwhile, US President Trump has been open to the idea that Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin could act as an intermediary in the war. “I would be open to it,” Trump told ABC’s television station. Putin called him because of that. Russia’s president, who had ordered the attack on Ukraine three and a half years ago, offered himself as an intermediary in the conflict between Israel and Iran on Saturday. Russia has moved close relationships with Iran and from there, among other things, drone drones for his war of aggression against Ukraine.
