US President Donald Trump contradicted France President Emmanuel Macron and made it clear that his early departure from G7 summit in Canada had nothing to do with a ceasefire between Israel and Iran. The “public -sitting” French president mistakenly claimed to go back to Washington to work on a ceasefire, Trump wrote shortly after entering the government machine Air Force One in Calgary on the Truth Social Platform.
“He has no idea why I’m on my way to Washington, but it certainly has nothing to do with a ceasefire,” Trump continued. “It’s about something bigger than that.” Macron is always wrong.
