Immigration authority arrested candidate for mayor in New York
Local politician Brad Lander was temporarily arrested by the ICE in a New York court. He had accompanied migrants threatened by deportation.
A candidate for mayor of the Democratic Party has been temporarily arrested in New York. Emigration Police ICE employed police officers Brad Lander on Tuesday in a dish in Manhattan, as could be seen on video recordings of US media and eyewitnesses. “You have no authority to arrest US citizens who ask about judicial arrest warrants,” the politician complained. At the beginning of the argument, he had asked the police officers to arrest the immigrants.
