Iran: Attack on Ghom, explosion in Isfahan
The war between Israel and Iran continues unabated. Iranian media report new attacks. There are also nuclear facilities nearby.
According to state-related media, at least one 16-year-old person was killed in an Israeli attack on the Iranian city of Ghom. Two other people were injured, reported the online portal “Iran Nuances” close to the Iranian government. A residential building was hit in the attack.
GHOM is around 50 kilometers north of the uranium enrichment system in Fordo. The system is considered the most important goal of Israel in the current war.
According to “Iran Nuances”, there was also an explosion in the Centraliran City of Isfahan. The air defense was activated there. Further details were initially not known. There is an important atomic research center in Isfahan.
