Police prevented attack after “Marzahn Pride”

The parade for the right -wing sexual minorities in the district went under the protection of the police without major incidents – despite the right counter -demonstrator. But then something happens.
At the end of the “Marzahn Pride” parade for diversity and the right -wing sexual minorities, the police according to their own information prevented an attack on departing participants.
Attentive forces had intervened and suspected suspects, said police spokesman Florian Nath in a video on the X. Details were initially open. The police referred to a planned final record on Sunday.
According to police, around 1,100 people took part in the parade on Saturday afternoon. At the same time, a counter -demonstration registered by right -wing extremists ran with 40 people, as it was said.

The counter demonstration was registered with 300 participants under the title “Against the Identity Conference and Gender Propaganda”. According to a report by the “Tagesspiegel”, the neo-Nazi group “German Youth ahead” is said to have planned the counter-demonstration.
