Tournament in Switzerland
These free TV channels show all games of the women’s European Championship
If you want to see the European women in Switzerland, you don’t have to complete expensive streaming subscriptions. Every game of the tournament can be followed live and free of charge on TV.
From Wednesday, July 2, 2025, the ball is rolling in Switzerland-the women’s football championship begins. The UEFA expects a record record – a total of at least 600,000 fans are expected.
The opening day consists of two games: the Icelanders meet Finland at 6 p.m. At 9 p.m., hosts will receive Norway. The ARD broadcasts both games live.
The DFB team starts the tournament in St. Gallen on Friday in St. Gallen. On July 8th, Basel continues against Denmark. The ARD also shows these two games of the eleven of national coach Christian Wück. ZDF takes over for the last group game against Sweden on July 12th in Zurich (9 p.m.).

German semi-final at the women’s European Championships would come in the ARD
When the German national team progresses, the ZDF broadcasts the German quarter -finals live, the ARD would show a semi -finals with German participation live. Of all German games, there are also audio-livestream broadcasts in the ARD Audiothek. The broadcasters decide at short notice about the distribution of the other games in the KO phase.
