FC Bayern Munich has announced the commitment of a young Dane. The 16-year-old comes from FC Midtjylland and has received a lot of praise.
FC Bayern Munich has strengthened its offspring with a Danish talent.
As the German record champions announced on Thursday, the 16-year-old Danish talent Jonathan Asp Jensen will come to Munich in the summer and sign a long-term contract.
Asp: “FC Bayern is one of the best clubs in the world”
“We have observed Jonathan very closely over a long period of time. FC Midtjylland is known for its excellent youth work and we are delighted that a promising talent with special skills is coming to our academy in his position,” said campus manager Jochen Sauer.
Asp himself, who is at home in central midfield, said: “FC Bayern is one of the best clubs in the world. Being able to complete my next development steps there makes me proud and happy at the same time.”
Due to his age, the Dane can even appear in Bayern’s U17 next season.
