Youth coach dies in the FC Bayern football camp
Shock for the children and adolescents of a training camp of FC Bayern: a youth coach collapsed during a training break and died. Mourning and dismay great.
A trainer died at a young training camp by the German football record champion FC Bayern Munich in Riesa in Saxony. According to media reports, the honorary coach from Afghanistan collapsed on the square of the Feralpi-Arena during the lunch break and later died in the hospital despite the rapid use of the rescue workers.
119 boys and girls from Riesa and the surrounding area were happy with the Bayern coaches on five training days. “Ashgar (…) collapsed during the lunch break on the lawn of the Ferralpi Arena. In the afternoon we received the sad news that Ashgar lost his life in the hospital,” said BSG Stahl Riesa, who has a three -year contract with the Camps’ contract with the Munich.
FC Bayern reacts dismayed
Campus training ended early on respect and sympathy towards the deceased and their relatives. The Munichers confirmed the details of the tragic death on request.
“We are all dismayed and shocked by the tragic incident during our FC Bayern Campus Training in Riesa. There are no words for such a situation, our thoughts and our deepest condolences apply to the family, the relatives and friends,” FC Bayern wrote to the parents in an email. In addition, psychological care was offered to the children, parents and trainers.
The late coach had looked after a U13 youth team in Austria. His home club TSV Hartberg wrote on Instagram: “With his always friendly, helpful and professional way, he was very popular with all players, parents, colleagues and those responsible. His sudden death tears a deep hole into our club.”
