The growth of urban sports is overwhelming. Every day, every weekend, it shows in the streets and tracks of the cities of our country. Seeing this reality, which includes the arrival of several of these sports to the Olympic Games and outstanding results internationally, two brothers decided to create a national championship of these disciplines that called Brothers Urban Games, a five -dates circuit that will start this weekend in San Fernando in a proposal will combine high performance, urban culture and community.
For two days, this Saturday 12 and Sunday, San Fernando will become the meeting point of skateboarding, the Freestyle BMX, the Roller Freestyle, the Quad Skate, the Scootering, the Breaking, the Freestyle Rap (battles), the Cosplay and the Estports contest. With more than 3,000,000 pesos in awards distributed among the different disciplines, Brothers Urban Games is positioned as the most important urban event in the country. Registrations are already open, unmissable …
Everything will begin at 10 am, until 19, and there will be live speakers, music and parallel activities for all ages. All with free admission.
San Fernando is just the first stop. Then Villa Carlos Paz, Tecnópolis (in the framework of Argentina Game Show), Bariloche and finally Esquel, Chubut, where this first edition of a circuit that promises to become a legend will follow.
In 2019, Eric assumed as president of the Skate Committee in our country, and together with his brother Ary, they were able to boost their sport to the Olympic classification of two national athletes. And not just that. Matías Dell Olio (8th world) and Mauro Iglesias (10th) were finalists in Paris, a historical milestone for two brothers committed to the real development of sport.
Behind this event, they say now, there is a much deeper vision. In the words of his own song, “The Revolution”, created as a hymn of the movement, the Brothers Urban Games not only come to compete, but to tear down walls: “Here there are no rivals, only brothers of passion, we jumped together, we shout strong, this is the revolution,” is heard.

That is the essence of the event: break the rivalry between disciplines, eliminate divisions between urban and extreme sports, and build a single community. Because everyone shares the same: adrenaline, art in motion and love for what they do.
The Brothers Urban Games are more than a competition: they are the reflection of a country that bets on its urban talent, which understands that the street is also the cradle of champions, and that the revolution is made as a team. From this weekend there is one more step of that philosophy.
