Tournament in Switzerland
Germany against France-here you can see the European women’s European Championships on Free TV
If you want to see the European women in Switzerland, you don’t have to complete expensive streaming subscriptions. Every game of the tournament can be followed live and free of charge on TV.
Since Wednesday, July 2, 2025, the ball has been rolling in Switzerland, and the women’s football championship has been in full swing. According to UEFA, 461,582 spectators came to the preliminary round games-more than ever.
The DFB women started the tournament well: In the first game against Poland, the German team won a 2-0 victory, which was paid expensive with an injury to Giulia Gwinn and her European Championship. In the second game, too, the Germans won 2-1 against Denmark. This was followed by the damper: the last group game against Sweden lost the DFB women 1: 4.
German semi-final at the women’s European Championships would come in the ARD
Germany is still on, but a difficult task is waiting in the quarterfinals. On Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 9 p.m., the eleven of national coach Christian Wück will meet France in Basel. The French have not lost a game so far and are among the top favorites on the title. The game is broadcast live on ZDF and in the media library. The preliminary appearance begins at 8:15 p.m.
If the DFB selection progresses, the ARD would show the semi-finals live. Of all German games, there are also audio-livestream broadcasts in the ARD audio. The broadcasters decide at short notice about the distribution of the other games in the KO phase.
