Achraf Hakimi threatens a trial due to allegations of rape
Moroccan soccer player Achraf Hakimi may soon have to answer to the court. A woman accuses him of raping her.
The French judiciary wants to bring the Moroccan national football player Achraf Hakimi from Paris Saint-Germain to trial because of the allegation of rape. The public prosecutor in Nanterre had requested an indictment of the 26 -year -old player, reported the newspaper “Le Parisien” and the broadcaster RMC Sport under reference to the authority. The player’s lawyer, Fanny Colin, told the broadcaster, Hakimi denied the allegations and has nothing to reproach herself. An examining judge must now decide whether there is a process.
24-year-old accuses Hakimi to have raped her
A 24 -year -old woman told the police in February 2023 that she was raped by Hakimi. According to reports, the woman reported no complaint, but because of the severity of the allegation, the police informed the public prosecutor who initiated an investigation. Hakimi, who at times also played for Borussia Dortmund, was put under justice supervision. PSG gave his player with support after the allegations. As “Le Parisien” wrote, Hakimi presented the woman’s allegations as an attempt to blackmail money from him.
