Athlete and social media star Alica Schmidt will no longer fight medals this season. She says that after a Corona infection, she “no longer gets on her feet”.
Athlete Alica Schmidt ends her season prematurely after a Corona infection. She “didn’t really get up,” said the 26-year-old in a video to her 5.5 million followers on Instagram. “Unfortunately, it would have made no sense to continue to run competitions.”
She wanted to see a doctor again to make sure that she had not kidnapped anything after the Corona infection. “I still notice it a bit and still haven’t found my 100 % health back,” said Schmidt.
