Sky, DAZN and Co.: The subscriptions of the pay TV and streaming providers cost that
For the 2025/26 season there are again various providers that show national and international live football. Who transfers what and how much does that cost? An overview.
In the new season, fans have to complete various subscriptions again to watch live football. Because as usual, the game days are spread over several Pay TV channels and streaming services. However, there are changes compared to the pre -season.
Who broadcasts German football?
If you want to see Bundesliga games live, there is no way past Sky and Dazn. The two providers have also secured TV rights in the German Oberhaus for the new season.
However, Sky will broadcast the Friday evening game at 8.30 p.m., which was previously shown by DAZN. Sky also retains all the individual games on Saturday and English weeks (Tuesday and Wednesday) as well as the DFL supercup and the Bundesliga relegation. DAZN secured the conference of all games on Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. This had previously transferred Sky. In addition, DAZN continues to show all the Sunday games as single games.

Where do international competitions run?
The Champions League 2025/26 mostly runs at DAZN. Except for one game a week, the streaming service shows all Tuesday and Wednesday games as individual games and in the conference. The transfer of the UEFA supercup is also at DAZN. Amazon Prime Video shows a total of 17 top games on Tuesday. The final class finale can be seen free of charge on ZDF.

Who shows women’s football?
Magenta sport and DAZN show all games of the Women’s Bundesliga 2025/26 as single games. The Sender Sport1 broadcasts all Monday games and ten games during the season run in ARD or ZDF.
In the women’s DFB Cup, eleven selected games can be followed on Sky. The publicly legal ones show one game per round live, including the final.

Which subscriptions are there and what do you cost?

Even in the new season, live football is distributed to many providers and a expensive affair. Customers have to consider which games they want to see regularly and which packages are therefore suitable for them.
