Bundesliga trainer agreed: FC Bayern becomes German champion
Bayern Munich – and nothing else. The championship tip of the Bundesliga coach is particularly clear after a dpa survey at the start of the new season. It was different a year ago.
Before the start of the season of the Bundesliga, the coaches of the 18 clubs agree: in their opinion, German champion FC Bayern Munich will defend his title in the new season. “You just have the best team,” said the new Werder coach Horst Steffen, thereby regaining the clear opinion in a survey by the German Press Agency.
After Bayer Leverkusen surprisingly won the German championship in 2024, several Bundesliga coaches at Werkelf trusted a title defense before last season. However, this time there is no other championship tip in the DPA survey than FC Bayern Munich.
13 points lead as an argument
“The point distance was very big last year. So I don’t think the other teams can close this gap to FC Bayern,” said Heidenheim’s coach Frank Schmidt.
At the end of last season, the record champion Bavaria deployed the defending champion Bayer with a 13 -point lead. “I think everything is getting together a little closer,” said Freiburg coach Julian Schuster. “But in the end, Bayern will be in front again.”
