The men on the pipe: The Bundesliga referees do this in the main job
Referee in the Bundesliga is not only an extremely demanding, but also well-paid job. Nevertheless, the referees also work in their actual professions.

But then there are the men who are also on the pitch and without whom no game was possible: referee.
