Managing Director Hans-Joachim Watzke from Borussia Dortmund expects a future decision at Erling Haaland by the beginning of April at the latest. The 21-year-old striker is being courted across Europe.
“That will certainly be clarified in the next few weeks, maybe a month, maybe six weeks – I have no idea,” Watzke said in an interview RTL/ntv. At the moment he cannot give a trend. “I don’t know,” said Watzke. Haaland is still under contract in Dortmund until 2024, but can leave the club next summer for a fixed transfer fee of 75 million euros.

The Spanish radio station Cadena Ser meanwhile reported that there could possibly be clarity about Haaland’s future this week. Should Dortmund fail (first leg 2: 4), Haaland would meet with his advisor Mino Raiola on Friday and make a decision. According to the report, he has offers from Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and Bayern Munich.
Haaland is not in the Dortmund squad for the game in Glasgow. He recently had to due to muscular problems and is currently still behind in training. “Erling still needs a bit.
