Casketball European Championship
Here you can see Germany against Lithuania live on free TV
The German team wants to get gold at Basketball European Championship. After two victories, the game is pending against Lithuania. So you can see the game of the DBB selection live.
The German national team has succeeded in starting the European Championship. In the opening game against Montenegro, the DBB team won clearly with 106: 76, followed by a sovereign also 105: 83 against Sweden.
This allows the German team to go into the third group game against Lithuania with self -confidence. It should be the most difficult task so far in the course of the tournament. The game takes place in Tampere in Finland. National coach Alex Mumbru will not be there this time either. It is still in the hospital with an acute abdomen, assistant Alan Ibrahimagic takes over the representation.
At large tournaments, the DBB selection recently made exciting appearances. In 2023 Germany became world champion, last year the team in Paris narrowly missed the Olympic victory and only failed in the final in the United States. A medal should also jump out at the European Championship – preferably even the title.
“I’m not going to the European Championship so as not to get gold. We also know that you cannot win every game, but the big goal is gold. Everyone in the cabin thinks that way,” captain Dennis Schröder explained before the tournament.
