Casketball European Championship
Here you can see Germany against Great Britain live on free TV
The German team wants to get gold at Basketball European Championship. After three wins, the game is due against the UK. So you can see the game of the DBB selection live.
The German national team has succeeded in starting the European Championship. The DBB team all won the first three group games against Montenegro, Sweden and Lithuania and thus made it clear prematurely for the round of 16.
This allows the German team to go into the fourth and penultimate group game against Great Britain with self -confidence – the supposedly easiest opponent in the course of the tournament. The game takes place in Tampere in Finland. National coach Alex Mumbru will not be there either because of an acute illness. As in the first three group games, his assistant Alan Ibrahimagic takes over the representation.
At large tournaments, the DBB selection recently made exciting appearances. In 2023 Germany became world champion, last year the team in Paris narrowly missed the final. A medal should jump out at the European Championship – ideally even the title.
“We came here with the aim we want to become European champions. Made us so strong that we respect every opponent“, said national player Daniel Theis. Now it’s about the group victory.
