Bayern wanted to bring super talent Pedri – and therefore contacted Barca two days after the historic 8-2 in the Champions League.
Ramon Planes, former sporting director of FC Barcelona, was amazed. “I was surprised that Bayern had a serious and formal interest in Pedri without hardly having seen him.
