OÖN: The season starts next Friday, but the path has long been here from the beginning of the squad planning. How are you doing?
Philip Lukas: I’m fine, thank you. It was an eventful off-season where there was a lot to do in the management area. This was mainly due to our intention to make changes take place in the offspring. And that took a lot of work to do it in terms of sport as we imagine.
So the youth is on course, what about the fighting team – are they satisfied with the preparation?
It is difficult to make me completely satisfied. But I think we’re on an acceptable way. The foundation of our game is always intensity and willingness to work. And it has largely been very commendable in the past few weeks.

The first storm series in particular worked incredibly well in the test games. Is it already where you want you?
This is a line that has already worked well in the past. When Emilio came back Romig, I wanted to go back to this line -up from the start. And it is nice to see that you can build on how you stopped a year ago. Then come back like this – that speaks for Emilio and shows how diligent this boy was in summer. And I can’t say it too often how exemplary the job setting is. And if that pays off, it is secondary what I say myself, because then it goes on as an example for the others.
So far, 12 of the 14 goals have come from this line. Isn’t the team too dependent on this series?
It’s nice, but of course our goal is a certain balance of the lines. We always had failures and I still don’t have a single game as I would like it to be.
What thoughts areen behind the commitment of Travis Barron? Will he play between Lebler and Ograjensek?
We will look at this because we have options through him. In order to develop us further, it was important to change us in this position. And we are very happy with the obligation. Where we will position him in the continued season is still difficult to say. But it gives us strength and depth in the middle and that is important to us.
