The initiative, promoted by the Senator Luis Vivona (Union for the Homeland)includes all activities, training and physical disciplines that are carried out in a way individual or group in public spaces, with or without professional accompanimentand that are not framed in school, federated or organized sports.


The law empowers the Provincial Executive Branch to perform dissemination and awareness campaigns on good sports practicesincluding information about warm-up, stretching and training routinesin order to prevent injuries and illnesses linked to physical activity.
Furthermore, the standard invites the municipalities to create voluntary registrations both of people who practice urban sports and of teachers and coaches who teach classes in public spaces, to prove their suitability and promote their work.
It is also promoted that local governments adapt your urban infrastructure to facilitate the practice of urban sports and regulate these activities within its territory, with the aim of improve the safety and conditions of its implementation.
