In her statement, the complainant had stated that Villa was alcoholic and that he had caused physical assault. “He was caressing me on the face when, suddenly, he squeezed my jaw and the back of my neck hard and slapped me.”he declared. He also indicated that later bit her “in a violent manner” and that the situation made her fear for her life.
Economic agreement and psychological analysis
Although Villa had reached a economic agreement with Doldán in 2024, the Prosecutor’s Office decided to continue investigating. During the trial, the complainant stated: “all the sexual relations we had during our relationship have happened in our privacyand sincerely I do not want these issues to be aired, especially in an oral trial. “We both accept it like that.”
Doldán added: “He understood that consent was implicit, given the intensity with which we had previously had sexual relations. After analyzing the facts, I was able to redefine what happened.”

During the case, the Prosecutor’s Office analyzed a previous financial agreement between the parties, although it decided to continue with the investigation.
A forensic psychological report, led by Dr. Alicia Cortalezzi, concluded that the complainant’s decision “is a voluntary act free of pressure, without fear, emotional or economic dependence, and reflects rational reflection on her situation.”
What does the ruling of Justice say?
The Oral Criminal Court No. 4 of Lomas de Zamora acquitted Villa after comparing the evidence presented in the debate with that of the investigation. According to the Prosecutor: “No substantive element or autonomous evidence has been provided that would allow us to certify with certainty the occurrence of the event as initially reported.”
With this resolution, Sebastián Villa, 29 years old, is free of the case for sexual abuse that had weighed on him since 2021, after a long judicial process marked by the retraction of the complainant and the psychological analysis that confirmed her voluntary decision.
