Rapid remains in crisis, concern for Arnautovic
Cheers from the Italians

Barnabas Varga led the Hungarians for eight strong minutes in which three goals were scored

It was Rapid’s fifth defeat in a row – and it became apparent very early on in front of a sold-out crowd. After just nine minutes, Fiorentina led 1-0 through Cher Ndour. The Italians had two special veterans in their starting line-up: goalkeeper David De Gea and Bosnia’s national team striker Edin. Dzeko, who will face Austria with Bosnia in the World Cup qualifiers on November 18th, made it 2-0 for the superior Italians after 49 minutes, and in the end it was 3-0.

Arnautovic out injured

Hopefully there will be a duel between Dzeko and Marko Arnautovic in the World Cup qualifiers against Bosnia. However, the ÖFB team striker limped off the pitch injured after just 37 minutes in Red Star Belgrade’s 2-0 defeat against Braga. It was not yet clear in the evening what the exact injury was.
