FC Barcelona have signed Spanish super talent Pablo Torre. As the club announced, the 18-year-old offensive player signed a contract until 2026. This includes an exit clause of 100 million euros.
Torre will finish this season at his hometown club Racing Santander, with whom he is fighting for promotion to the second Spanish division. In the current season, Torre has scored six goals in 21 competitive games for the runners-up in the Primera Division RFEF, and he has also provided six assists.
As Barca also reported, the transfer fee for Torre is five million euros. If the player develops well, this can increase to up to 20 million euros through bonuses.
Torre, who was also interested in Barca’s arch-rivals Real Madrid, is considered one of the biggest talents in Spain. He has shown that in recent months in the Spanish U19 national team, for which he has scored three times in six games.
