Prosecutors want 28 months in prison for Al-Khelaifi
Initial criminal proceedings were initiated as early as 2017, but Al-Khelaifi was acquitted a year and a half ago. Now the federal prosecutor’s office in front of the court of appeal of the Federal Criminal Court is apparently again filing a criminal complaint for “inciting serious unfaithful management.” This is reported by the French sports newspaper L’Equipe.
The public prosecutor’s office is said to be demanding 28 months in prison for Al-Khelaifi for the second trial, and comrade-in-arms Valcke is even said to be in prison for 35 months.
