In the 2-0 victory of Geretsberg in the 2nd division against Neusiedl, goalkeeper Susanne Meidl had to pass as a goalkeeper due to an elbow injury. However, coach Andreas Meindl did not want to do without Meidl entirely: Because some Geretsberg kickers were absent due to the corona virus, Meidl took a seat on the substitutes’ bench as a field player – and scored a quarter of an hour after she was substituted on to make it 2-0 (84th). Nadine Maria Ecker also presented herself in good shape: With the 16:0 victory of St.Oswald/Fr. in the women’s class north / east against Kleinmünchen 1c she scored ten goals.

The promotion places in the district leagues are hotly contested. After leader Vorchdorf’s 1:1 against Ohlsdorf and the third Schlierbach’s 1:0 victory over second Gschwandt, the three top teams in the south are only separated by three points. In the north and east too, leaders Julbach (1-1 against Wartberg/Aist) and Oedt 1b (5-0 against Schiedlberg) are only three points ahead. In the west, after yesterday’s 1-0 defeat by leaders Senftenbach against Gilgenberg, the top four are only separated by two points.
