In 1983 he began to work as a coach in Los Andes and also worked as DT in Racing de Córdoba, Vélez Sarsfield, Talleres and Belgrano de Córdoba, Platense, Independiente Rivadavia de Mendoza, Deportivo Quito and Barcelona in Ecuador, as well as Racing, Independiente and Central Rosary.
