Ronaldinho also commented on Barcelona’s Lionel Messi’s farewell last summer: “It was a surprise, not just for me but for everyone. I could never have imagined seeing him in a different shirt.” Messi had then switched from the Blaugrana to PSG, another of Ronaldinho’s former clubs.
There he forms a well-known attack with Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, which is currently getting better and better rolling. Ronaldinho also likes that, the three strikers are the players he prefers to watch: “I love watching Messi. It’s worth it. I also like to watch Ney and Mbappe.” He also enjoys watching Leeds United’s right winger Raphinha.
Ronaldinho himself experienced his most successful period at Barca, playing alongside Messi before moving to AC Milan in 2008.
