Police sources reported that the incident occurred on Tuesday after 3:00 p.m. on Calle Alicia Moreau de Justo at 200 when the futsal player Ariel Sebastian Gutierrez committed the robbery against the policeman.

The uniformed officers proceeded to search the arrested person and the person shot in the presence of witnesses and finally seized the vehicle, an inhibitor device, a set of keys, an iPhone, an ID in the name of a woman.

Subsequently, the officers carried out a raid on Irala street, where the person involved lived, and the regulation pistol belonging to the police officer was seized there with its respective charger and 17 intact projectiles.

The detainee was taken to Alcaidía 14, where he was being held for the crime of “theft”.
