Things didn’t go as planned for Piotr Zielinski at Napoli. Nevertheless, FC Bayern should have the Polish national player on the list.
Apparently he caught up with Piotr Zielinski at his club SSC Napoli. The Italian newspaper reports La Republica.
Napoli would therefore also be willing to sell the 27-year-old midfielder, but according to reports there have not yet been any concrete negotiations. Zielinski is under contract with the Italians until 2024.
FC Bayern interested? Piotr Zielinski in Naples since 2016
After a good first half of the season, Zielinski has not been in top form in recent weeks. Most recently, the Polish national player only made short appearances for the third-placed team in Serie A.
Zielinski joined Napoli from Udinese Calcio in 2016. To date, he has made 277 competitive appearances for the Partenopei (39 goals, 33 assists).
Bayern are actually still looking for a central midfielder of Zielinski’s stature. .
