The statue, created by the sculptor Andy Scottjoins those of Vincent Company Y David Silvaformer teammates of Omenwhich opened at the Etihad last year.
“Sergio Agüero’s contribution to Manchester City at a decisive time for the club cannot be overstated”added the president of the City, Khaldoon Al Mubarak.
“When our fans think of Sergio, they are immediately drawn to the iconic moment at 93:20 (…) it is only right that Sergio has been recognized with a statue of his own.”
