According to the young woman in her lawsuit, that day the soccer player, while intoxicated, attacked her on the way back from a dinner at a friend’s house.
“Once the sexual submission was over, I began to cry uncontrollably and begged him to let me go, to which he told me that he could not withdraw until I calmed down,” he said in his letter.
The next day, the woman was treated at a public hospital in Buenos Aires where she was recommended to file a complaint, which she refused out of fear, according to her lawyer.
The woman also assured that the soccer player tried to bribe her with 5,000 dollars to prevent her from denouncing him.
