Turkish champions Besiktas, in the person of coach Sergen Yalcin, have confirmed negotiations with forward Michy Batshuayi from Chelsea FC.
“The club are trying to sign a center forward. We are currently in negotiations with Chelsea’s Mitchy Batshuayi,” said the 48-year-old. “If everything goes well, we will expect him here next week.”

The 27-year-old Batshuayi has already been awarded four times after his 39 million euro move from Olympique Marseille to the Blues in 2016. Borussia Dortmund, FC Valencia and twice Crystal Palace were his stations.
In London, the Belgian still has a year’s contract. At the latest after the transfer of Romelu Lukaku, Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel no longer has any use for Batshuayi, for whom the competition was too great in previous years.
Besiktas started the new season on Friday with a confident 3-0 home win against Caykur Rizespor.
