Since the prisoner-defendant did not have access to the section where the prison guard worked, these defendants, according to the prosecution, sought the help of a third defendant to collect the drug from the prison guard and deliver it to the defendant in charge of distribution. product, in exchange for paying the amount of 25 euros for each plate.
“Given the suspicious movements of the defendant, who collected the drug, he was eventually approached by other guards of the colony, throwing the drug on the floor as he prepared for the search,” the GGR-P note says.
