CR7 outraged by €20,000 a day pay cut

Cristiano Ronaldo irritated by 25% pay cut imposed by The Man. United for not having the next Champions League. The news was published by the Manchester Evening News, close to the Red Devils, and confirmed by other British organizations.

When he left Juventus for United, CR7 received a weekly salary of £480,000. At this Tuesday’s exchange rate, this is 559 thousand euros, which gives approximately 29 million euros per season. To cope with the loss of income due to missing the Champions League, United have cut the wages of the entire team by 25%. In the case of the Portuguese ace, this reduction is 140 thousand euros per week. In other words, Ronaldo will earn €60,000 per day instead of €80,000, which is €20,000 less per day.

Ronaldo’s future remains unclear. The Portuguese is determined to leave Manchester and go to a club that plays in the Champions League.

Ronaldo failed on Tuesday, for the second day in a row, the presentation in the works of United. The club said it had authorized the player’s absence “for family reasons”, but the British press reported that club officials were unaware of Ronaldo’s plans.

There are even doubts about the presence of the team in the tour, which starts on Friday, through Thailand and Australia, in a stage that lasts more than two weeks.
