This was announced by the National Hockey League on Wednesday. The two teams meet again the next day in Prague. These are the first NHL games in Europe since 2019. Because of Corona, the best ice hockey league in the world had recently refrained from traveling. On November 4th and 5th, Stanley Cup winner Colorado Avalanche will play two games with Nico Sturm from Augsburg and the Columbus Blue Jackets in Tampere, Finland.
The first games in North America are on October 11, when the Tampa Bay Lightning meet the New York Rangers and the Los Angeles Kings, with German assistant coach Marco Sturm, welcome the Vegas Golden Knights. Before the playoffs, all teams play 82 games of the season, the main round ends on April 13th.
